It came to pass, when the Gentiles all around heard that the altar had been rebuilt and the sanctuary dedicated as before, they were exceedingly angry.
καὶ ἐγένετο ὅτε ἤκουσαν τὰ ἔθνη κυκλόθεν ὅτι ᾠκοδομήθη τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἐνεκαινίσθη τὸ ἁγίασμα ὡς τὸ πρότερον καὶ ὠργίσθησαν σφόδρα
ܘܗܘܐ ܕܟܕ ܫܡܥܘ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܕܒܚܕܪ̈ܝܗܘܢ ܕܐܬܒܢܝ ܡܕܒܚܐ ܘܐܬܚܕܬ ܒܝܬ ܡܩܕܫܐ ܐܝܟ ܕܡܢ ܩܕܝܡ ܐܬܚܡܬܘ ܣܓܝ
Et factum est, ut audierunt gentes in circuitu quia aedificatum est altare et sanctuarium sicut prius, iratae sunt valde:
